The 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages are paid once at checkout. Little Letters will not automatically charge you again after the final included letter.

Your letter package is a one-time purchase. Here is how to get help with future letters after checkout.

Paid credits continue
The 3-month package includes 6 letter credits, 6 months includes 12, and 12 months includes 24. Paid credits continue mailing on future 1st and 15th mailings unless support handles an exception manually.
Manual exceptions
If you need help with unproduced paid credits, email support before the affected packet slots enter production. Any refund or hold is reviewed manually and is not guaranteed.
Address or child-detail changes
For future packet slots that have not entered production, contact us if the recipient address, child age, or interests need to change. Your parent account can also help with supported future-letter updates.
Timing
The default cutoff is two business days before each mailing and may be adjusted for operations. Requests after the cutoff apply to a later mailing; packets already prepared for print or mailed may still be completed.
