Please provide child-safe, accurate information so each letter can be written warmly and appropriately for young readers. Little Letters is recommended for ages 4–10 and accepts ages 3–12. We may reject, hold, or ask you to revise details that are unsafe, inappropriate, or not usable for a children's letter.
Little Letters packages are purchased separately for each child. The 3-month package includes 6 letter credits, 6 months includes 12, and 12 months includes 24. Credits mail on the 1st and 15th after the cutoff, and timing may shift for weekends, holidays, weather, address issues, production review, or other operational needs.
Checkout, payment, and receipts are handled securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize only the charge shown at checkout for the complete package you selected. Little Letters does not automatically charge you again when that package ends.
After production is complete, we'll send you a parent preview of what's inside. It's there for confidence and child safety while your child keeps the excitement of opening the letter all on their own. The preview does not hold up fulfillment or delivery.
Little Letters is purchased by adults for children. The adult buyer is responsible for providing appropriate child details, confirming they have authority to share those details, and reviewing whether the product is a good fit for the child.
Little Letters is a personalized real-mail gift. We hope it supports reading joy, confidence, and family connection, but we do not promise a specific educational, behavioral, or developmental result.
