Where we ship
Little Letters currently ships only within the United States. Checkout is set up for U.S. shipping addresses at launch, and we are not accepting international orders yet.
Mailbox timing
Little Letters mails on the 1st and 15th of each month. The default cutoff is two business days before each mailing and may be adjusted for operations; orders after the cutoff move to the following mailing rather than being rushed.
Weekends, holidays, and USPS
If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, that date stays the scheduled mail date while our team prepares, prints, or mails on the next workable day. USPS delivery time is separate from Little Letters production time, so arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Unexpected delays
We need a reasonable basis for the shipping timing we advertise. If an unexpected issue means we cannot meet the timing promised for your order, we will contact you with the available options.
Address accuracy
Please review the recipient address carefully at checkout and in your parent account. If a packet is returned because the address was entered incorrectly, contact us and we will help with the next best step.
